Membership
•  Participants receive bill credits for subscribed generation, stable for the duration of the contract.
•  The project will collect up-front, off-bill payments from participant-owners to pay for the construction of the project. This amount will vary based on the final cost of the project, but is expected to be roughly $2,000 per kW-AC. In accordance with the PIM, no money has been collected from or paperwork signed by the members. Solarize Rogue has been financing development costs from donations and staff contributions. We will collect the full amount due for the project (development plus construction costs) once the project receives Pre-Certification approval and the membership approves the Interconnection Agreement fees from PAC. We estimate that the full cost of the project will be north of $260,000, payable to the installer of record True South Solar.
