Program Development

The Oregon Solar Community Program Manual and its rules, requirements, and procedures were developed through an extensive stakeholder engagement process. Stakeholders who indicated that they wanted to provide input on program requirements were notified at several points during the development cycle of the manual’s chapters:

  1. When inital input was sought, as needed
  2. When a draft of each section was ready for written comment, and
  3. When the section was finalized.
